Achieve production requirements related to safety, quality, focus audits, cost, on-time delivery and service; Ensure improvements for a safer workplace are properly executed; Ensure compliance and consistency; Ensure smooth transition between shifts; Minimize unevenness in the schedule; Meet on-time shipping goals; Minimize unnecessary costs related to downtime, labor and material variance; Identify cost reductions; Eliminate waste in the operation

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills, Excellent written & verbal skills, Ability to work a flexible schedule
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree, preferably as a lead or in a supervisory role, Continuous improvement experience
What You'll Do.
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
train and develop employees
Conduct timely performance reviews
procedures and systems
Maintain time and production records accurately
Analyze and resolve work problems
and implement measures to improve production
Conduct audits and manage production processes
Monitor accuracy of documentation and electronic transactions
Delegate work assignments
Provide accurate and timely confirmations
Establish or adjust work schedules
Conduct Gemba walks to develop improvement plans
Hold Kaizen activities to improve production systems
Implement quality improvements for customer corrective actions
Use 8D problem solving methods
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Production Team Leads and Production Managers; Collaborate across manufacturing functions; Work closely with Schedulers
