Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and quality
Nice to Have
Expertise in production planning, supply chain management, and cost control, Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and implementing data-driven improvements, Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems, Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions, Knowledge / Trained in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BCMS 22301 standards, Knowledge in RBA
What You'll Do.
Support daily NPI operations to ensure NPI targets are met in terms of build plan
Oversee manufacturing performance indicators

Drive operational excellence

and lead improvement projects to achieve business objectives.
Ensure production execution for NPI meets the build plan
and delivery commitments.

Coordinate logistics activities to support NPI production yield and ensure execution follows the approved plan.
Manage and control NPI build schedules to meet allocated timelines and output targets.
Sustain production housekeeping

Lead and manage continuous improvement and manufacturing projects from planning through execution and closure.
