What You'll Do.
Manage team of ME Technical Shop Floor Support
Manage non-conformities and concessions
Ensure work orders released per FAL Milestones
Provide technical support to production
Manage availability of parts
Manage continuous improvement measures
Analyze current status and create reports
Inform Manufacturing Engineering back office of changes
Manage training and development of team members
Monitor team status to ensure KPIs
Facilitate and develop ME TSFS Team
Accountable for ME TSFS performance
Participate in production meetings
Support ME activities in FAL
Create and update KPIs for team
Communicate with European colleagues
Lead team and anticipate future projects
Ensure good relationship with ME Process Engineering
Provide support to new colleagues
Plan regular feedback loops with Production Team
Act as Subject matter expert
Work according to Airbus Operating System
Participate actively to FAL projects
Give priorities to the Team
Develop and track KPIs
Organize On The Job Training

As part of the ME TSFS Leadership team, the incumbent will assist in coordinating all activities related to ME TSFS team functions within their designated business area. The ME TSFS Manager will ensure that ME TSFS topics are addressed in a timely manner to support production needs and escalation requirements. The incumbent will act as a leader and subject matter expert for their business area and will also be responsible for the training and development of new team members. **** **Meet the Team:** Our Engineers at the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing facility take our aircraft from concept to customer delivery – working with production teams on every aspect of assembly from managing technical information, quality control, maintenance tasks and health & safety – along flowlines and flightlines.
