Lead team for smooth operations
Ensure exceptional guest experiences
Oversee operations and team members
Partner with Sales and Guest Experience teams
Create positive and efficient environment
Deliver memorable moments to guests
Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards
Mentor and counsel Team Members and Leads
Manage daily workforce of 100+ Team Members
Provide direction to workforce
Conduct performance reviews
Foster cross-departmental relationships
Assist with strategic planning
Coordinate day-to-day operational needs
Execute operational needs for special events
Collaborate with Managers for development planning
Support Managers in hiring
Support Managers in training
Support Managers in development
Conduct one-on-one performance reviews
Conduct annual evaluations
Analyze training material for updates
Enhance Team Member incentive programs
Cultivate culture of recognition
Uphold collective bargaining agreements
Maintain positive union relationships
Investigate incidents
