Full Job Description

**_Purpose:_** The Supervisor – Logistics Operations, will provide leadership and supervision for all Operational activities including: IB receiving, storage, inventory, movement and OB shipping of products, materials, supplies and equipment. This individual will focus on providing excellent customer service and general support to the stores serviced by the Distribution Center. **_Minimum Eligibility Requirements:_** * Two to four years of relevant work experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred and experience leading a team of 10 or more direct reports * Proven track record of delivering results, managing processes, and continuous improvement * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills * Working knowledge of warehouse safety rules strongly preferred * Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure * Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite * Warehouse Management System experience preferred * Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently, and/or within a team, across all levels and diverse cultures, and the ability to lead team projects * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Must pass pre-employment background check ** _Essential Job Functions:_** * Supervise a team of 10 or more employees and their workflow to ensure maximum service levels are maintained. * Participate in reviews, performance management and recognition for employees. * Coach, train, and mentor Distribution Center (DC) team members in the areas of productivity, quality, and safety. * Update reports for warehouse use and manage teams’ performance. * Manage Inbound and Outbound Coordinators for planning and execution purposes. * Handle and resolve conflict, process team member requests, engage team members proactively and lead team building activities. * Operate powered lift equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work met
