Supervises a team of Warehouse Operators and Shipping & Receiving Specialists to ensure efficient material flow, accurate inventory and order tracking, and timely fulfillment for production and customer shipments. This position plays a critical role in maintaining uninterrupted production by ensuring parts and materials are available, stored properly, and delivered on time. Oversees prompt, accurate EV battery shipments to the dealer network to support customer satisfaction. Requires proactive problem-solving, adherence to safety and compliance, and driving process standardization and continuous improvement.
