This role is positioned directly onsite at a 3PL warehouse. Represent Baxter’s initiatives directly with the 3PL. The Logistics Supervisor optimizes operational workflows, and acts as the immediate point of escalation for issues regarding inventory, orders, and shipping. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that optimize service, maximize profitability, and support business & commercial strategies. **** **What you 'll be doing** * Day to Day operations management onsite including working directly with 3PL management to ensure service levels, process execution, and escalations management * Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain processes, tools and policies. * Develops, implements, and executes daily 3PL management processes in support of supply chain fulfillment and business objectives. * Maintain strong relationship with the 3PL by fostering a proactive partnership to optimize performance, resolve issues and develop improvement strategies to sustain Best in Class performance. * Works with order managem
