Must Have
4+ years project coordination/management experience, 1+ year in Financial Services, Certified Scrum Master, Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner, or similar certification as approved by upper management
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field, 1+ year managing direct reports or leading cross-functional teams, Experience in strategic communications, Experience in change management, Experience developing KPIs/success metrics focused on human and operational impact
