Reporting to the Base Manager, the In-Flight Service Supervisor has an everyday crucial role towards the success of the cabin crew members. The In-Flight Service Supervisor is responsible for motivating, informing and coaching all crew members on a daily basis. They contribute to the promotion of a professional, motivating and pleasant work environment while ensuring the application of the company standards and regulations in place. The In-Flight Service Supervisor is at the heart of the operations to support the teams, to detect any problems and/or irregularities surrounding the in-flight operations and to propose visionary solutions, while keeping in mind the reality of the cabin crew members. The In-Flight Service Supervisor is fully aware of the reality surrounding daily operations and is actively involved in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures surrounding the customer and employee experience. The responsibilities of the in-flight service supervisor can be categorized into two major objectives Operational: * Conducts regular and sporadic operational visits to validate compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations, workplace safety and company service standards. These extensive checks may be at the gates and in-flight as an active crew member. * Actively participates in the smooth running of operations to ensure on-time performance, while continuously reading the internal organiz
