What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in fixed asset procurement, facilities services, and corporate real estate operations., Prior facilities services and vendor management., understanding of capital procurement, asset lifecycle management, and facilities services., Financial acumen and cost management., Software proficiency skills (e. g. , MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
Nice to Have
Experience in establishing a facilities services program foundation preferred., Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or global office portfolios
What You'll Do.
overseeing the procurement
and governance of fixed assets
ensuring consistent delivery of facilities services across a global portfolio
execution of procurement strategies
and service standards to support business operations
and asset stewardship
Supervise global procurement activities for fixed assets
and facility-related investments.
Ensure adherence to capital approval processes
and financial controls.
Manage supplier relationships
and (MSAs) master services agreements related to fixed assets and facilities services including maintenance
and workplace services
Supervise competitive sourcing
and negotiations for global and regional vendors
Monitor vendor performance
implementing corrective actions as needed
Drive continuous improvement and cost containment through supplier optimization
Translate business requirements into scalable procurement and facilities solutions
and insights for leadership
