What You'll Do.
Oversee delivery of fund administration services
Maintain accurate books and records
Prepare financial and investor reporting
Review work of associate-level staff
Provide mentorship to staff
Support accounting and operational aspects
Act as primary point of contact
Ensure high-quality service delivery
Ensure strict adherence to deadlines
Support day-to-day administration
Support financial reporting service requirements
Review financial data received
Load financial data to systems
Assist with setting up consolidations
Prepare consolidations through investment structure
Review consolidations
Process payment of fund expenses
Prepare third party reconciliations
Prepare capital call calculations
Prepare distribution calculations
Prepare fee schedules
Calculate management fees
Calculate carried interest
Prepare investor allocations
Prepare ad hoc deliverables
Collaborate with client
Collaborate with banks
Collaborate with auditors
Collaborate with other third parties
