8+ years of relevant experience in maintenance or engineering, Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership capability gained through supervisory roles or senior/lead technician experience, including coordinating work, mentoring staff, or directing technical activities, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, Experience with calibration, preventive maintenance, and CMMS systems, Proficiency in automation and control systems operations and troubleshooting, Understanding of GMP, regulatory compliance, and cleanroom operations

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, Class III Stationary Engineer’s License

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Facilities Mechanics and Engineering Technicians
Oversee operation and maintenance of utility systems
Lead troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance and calibration programs
Ensure proper functionality and monitoring of Building Automation Systems
Generate and maintain SOPs

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment maintenance

The **Supervisor, Facilities & Engineering** is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, calibration, and installation of facility and process equipment in a GMP-regulated biologics manufacturing environment. This position supervises a cross-functional team of Facilities Mechanics and Engineering Technicians, ensuring the reliable operation of building utilities, HVAC systems, clean utilities (e.g., WFI, clean steam), process equipment, and automation/control systems. The Supervisor ensures compliance with preventive maintenance programs, supports manufacturing operations, and coordinates internal and external resources to maintain a state of control across the facility.
