Our Senior Living Division has an exciting new opportunity to join the Sodexo team as our next Supervisor, Environemntal Services & Dietary located in Whitby. Salary: $58,750 - $58750 Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours weekly). 2-week rotational schedule: Monday to Friday one week, and includes one weekend every other week. How You’ll Make an Impact: We are looking for a hands-on leader to oversee the daily operations of both our Environmental Services (EVS) and Dietary teams. In this dual role, your primary focus (~70%) will be leading our housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure our residents enjoy a safe, spotless, and welcoming home. The remaining ~30% of your focus will be supporting our dietary operations, making sure meals are nutritious and meet strict healthcare standards. You will coordinate daily workflows, champion team training, and ensure our services align with top-tier healthcare practices, including the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 and infection prevention and control (IPAC) guidelines.
