Directs the housekeeping services operation

Ensures a high level of sanitation and appearance

Establishes and distributes daily work assignments

Monitors and inspects assigned areas

Monitors/observe employees following EVS Standard work processes

Continuous rounding/talking with patients

Ensures compliance with department standards

Determines room vacancies

Coordinates and monitors training activities

Compiles monthly supplies utilization

Coordinates linen inventories

Performs daily quality assurance inspections

Submits a weekly report
