In this dynamic role you will apply sharp organization and coordination skills along with effective leadership and delegation in your daily work functions. **Responsibilities** * You will oversee the maintenance and repair work on all building systems * You will oversee the maintenance and repair work on all interior and exterior building finishes * You will review, approve, and obtain managers approval and signature for shop work orders and invoices * You will oversee and develop maintenance shop departmental policies and standard operating procedures * You will insure compliance to department's SOP's **Requirements** * Associate’s degree or 2 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered * Four (4) years of experience in hospital maintenance, operations, mechanical, and electrical systems * Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity **About Good Samaritan Hospital** MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital is a 388-bed acute-care hub serving Puyallup and East Pierce County.
