The Supervisor, Electromechanical Technical Support (Management Path), is responsible for leading and developing a team of Electro-Mechanical Technicians in the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electromechanical systems. This role provides hands-on leadership and technical direction on the production floor while partnering with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The supervisor plays a critical role in driving reliability, equipment performance, and a culture of excellence and accountability. Specifics Include: * Lead, coach, and develop Electro-Mechanical Technicians to support equipment reliability and operational performance * Oversee the design, installation, operation, maintenance, calibration, and upgrade of electromechanical systems and facility infrastructure * Troubleshoot, test, assemble, rework, repair, and modify electromechanical assemblies and non-conforming equipment * Partner with engineers to develop, implement, and validate technical solutions that enhance device performance and equipment reliability * Inspect and maintain equipment using diagnostic tools, software, and CMMS; utilize CAD software to support proposed solutions * Manage daily task execution, workflow, and shift coverage to meet production and maintenance priorities * Drive Total Productive
