Dream big and create the future of mobility at Magna Powertrain. **Job Responsibilities:** 二、任职资格 教育程度：大学本科及以上学历，英语四级，环境工程、安全管理、机械制造等相关专业； 工作经验： 4年及以上EHS体系管理工作经验； 专业技能要求： 熟悉ISO14001及ISO45001标准； 掌握审核原理及相关的审核技巧； 熟悉环境管理专业知识和职业健康安全专业知识； 熟悉与EHS相关的法律法规知识； 能力要求：具备比较出色的组织协调与沟通能力，工作细致严谨； 具备比较出色的EHS培训能力； 其他特殊要求：有EHS体系外审员资格证，注册安全工程师证最佳，熟练应用办公软件。 *如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽 三、主要工作联系 对内：总部及工厂各部门 对外：EHS管理体系咨询公司、EHS管理体系认证公司、环境健康安全等相关业务服务商（如环评、安评、职业健康评价、消防、污水处理、三废监测等单位）、MPJ承包商、产品的顾客、政府部门等。 四、主要岗位职责 1．建立和维护EHS管理体系的有效运行 1）建立和维护公司EHS管理体系负责不定期更新和完善EHS相关程序文件夹； 2）协助工厂建立其工厂级的EHS管理体系文件； 3）配合管理者代表制定公司级EHS管理方案，并督促相关部门按时完成EHS管理方案； 4）组织并实施总部与各工厂内部EHS管理体系审核； 5）跟踪内审不符合项，直至关闭； 6）负责推动Mafact 安全，环境和持续发展模块； 7）负责MPWEHS管理体系第三方认证审核工作； 8）引导外审团队，事前准备好文件，并安排有关部门审核的准备工作； 9）跟进不符合项的整改； 10）评审各部门的环境因素与危险源的识别情况，汇总重要环境因素与重要危险源； 11）识别并确定公司级的重要环境因素与重要危险源； 12）芜湖工厂新进员工EHS培训； 13）根据公司年度培训计划，配合人力资源部开展有关EHS方面的培训； 2．确保满足EHS法律法规要求及客户EHS要求 1）收集并定期更新我司适合的EHS法律法
