2+ years warehouse experience, Valid driver's license, Clean driving record, Working knowledge of safe driving practices, Understanding of fulfillment workflows, Understanding of inventory management practices, Understanding of shipping operations, Ability to prioritize tasks, Manage competing deadlines, Adapt quickly in fast-paced environment, Ability to lift and move merchandise, Remain active throughout scheduled shifts
Nice to Have
Previous supervisory experience, Team lead experience, Shift leadership experience, Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, Familiarity with order management systems, Familiarity with warehouse management systems, Familiarity with shipping software, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Proficiency with operational reporting tools

Ensure shipping documentation accuracy
Ensure carrier label accuracy
Ensure tracking information accuracy
Ensure order processing compliance
Maintain inventory accuracy
Resolve inventory discrepancies
Partner with Inventory Control on variances
Maintain organized fulfillment workspaces
Maintain safe fulfillment workspaces
Maintain efficient fulfillment workspaces
Operate company vehicles safely
Transport merchandise between locations
Communicate delivery updates
Maintain vehicle inspections
Maintain vehicle documentation
Support receiving operations
Support replenishment operations
Support inventory movement
Monitor fulfillment performance metrics
Resolve fulfillment issues
Resolve shipping delays
