This role is responsible for planning daily work assignments and driver schedules while ensuring safe, efficient equipment movement and on‑time service performance. The supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for drivers and coordinates closely with shipping and receiving locations and repair partners. Performance is measured through key metrics including on‑time shuttle and yard move execution, driver productivity, hours‑of‑service compliance, safety performance, and service disruptions or delays.
