What You'll Achieve.
achievement of production goals; maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards; production schedule needs meet or exceed the required level; compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and operational metrics; Monitor and drives key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, efficiency, scrap reduction, quality metrics, downtime, and labor utilization; compliance with company policies, GMP requirements, and environmental health and safety regulations; support operational objectives; support staffing plans, training activities, and succession planning initiatives; supporting operational goals
Industry & Context.
Identifies and resolves operational issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
Support night shift operations and requires flexibility to work overnight schedules based on business needs
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Advanced English level required (written and verbal) required, Availability to work night shift schedule
Nice to Have
4–8 years of experience, preferred, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred, Previous supervisory or people leadership experience preferred, Experience working with manufacturing environments and production metrics/KPIs preferred, Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related tools preferred, Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred

Team & Collaboration
Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Human Resources to support operational objectives; Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers, and peer groups at various management levels; Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution; Ensures effective communication between teams and departments
