What You’ll Be Doing Carrying out a wide range of bicycle repairs including brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel truing, drivetrain maintenance, and suspension servicing. Assembling new bicycles to manufacturer guidelines and ensuring they’re safe and ready for sale. Conducting service consultations with customers, diagnosing issues, and providing clear repair recommendations and estimates. Supporting customers in selecting the right parts, upgrades, and accessories for their bikes. Performing safety inspections to highlight and resolve potential issues. Maintaining high standards of quality control so every repair meets our safety and service expectations. Organising the workshop, managing spare parts, tools, and stock efficiently. Delivering excellent customer service – explaining repairs, offering advice, and ensuring every rider leaves confident in their bike. ## Qualifications About You Skilled in bicycle mechanics, with experience repairing a wide range of bike types and components.
