What You'll Do.
Maintain a high standard of excellence
Complete nightly check list
Keep inventory of supplies
Place orders at end of month
Make sure timesheet is completed
Empty trash receptacles
Dust mop/sweep hard surface floors
Wet mop hard surface floors
Clean units including restrooms
Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors
Dust horizontal surfaces when left cleared
Dust windowsills and blinds
Report unit maintenance issues
dirty or stained carpets
Report inventory and supplies to Manager
Report lost and found items to Manager
Assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized
Ensure a safe working environment
Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently
Utilize time wisely and efficiently
