Eligibility Requirements

Night Shift, Wed - Sat, 10:00pm - 8:30am, on-site full-time, Laboratory environment with routine exposure to biological samples and chemicals, Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs, Mandatory use of PPE (lab coats, gloves, safety glasses) at all times in laboratory areas, May require flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field, 6–8 years of relevant laboratory or technical experience, prior team lead or supervisory responsibilities, Knowledge of laboratory regulations, quality assurance practices, safety standards, leadership and people management skills

Nice to Have

Solid understanding of laboratory operations, sample handling, equipment use, Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational and time-management skills, Problem-solving and decision-making skills, Commitment to maintaining quality and compliance in a regulated environment

What You'll Do.

Supervise daily laboratory operations

Provide direct supervision

and performance feedback

Verify personnel are trained and proficient

Monitor staff adherence to SOPs

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sample handling

Initiate preventive and/or remedial actions

and workload distribution

and competency assessments

Serve as escalation for troubleshooting

Maintain laboratory compliance with safety standards

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Prepare and review documentation for audits

Serve as liaison between staff and leadership
