Position Summary: Serves the company by management and administration of the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System Program (CASS) in compliance with the Company policy, procedures and FAA regulations. This position is responsible for assisting in the regular review and analysis of aircraft technical data in support of the Companies Continuing Analysis and Surveillance Program, ETOPS, and Reliability Program. Provide data collection and analysis for various fleet technical issues. Major Job Accountabilities: Collect and organize data from various sources for use in the Reliability and CASS program. Analyze statistical data and develop monthly reports as well as maintain meeting minutes as required for the Reliability and CASS program. Provide review and recommendation toward continuous develop of the Quality Assurance and Reliability Programs to assure performance and effectiveness are properly monitored and measured against procedures, technical standards, CFRs or other approved data. Work in close harmony with the Director, Quality Control high level of attention to detail; outstanding organizational skills.
