What You'll Do.

Manage team attendance and ensure tasks are executed according to regulations.
Handle client requests and on-site complaints
resolving issues and faults.
Conduct daily inspections of systems and facilities
performing necessary equipment checks and meter readings.
Assist and supervise on-site vendors and contractors for corrective and planned preventive maintenance
including vendor briefings.

Respond to system alarms and handle emergencies.
Write incident reports and assist in analyzing the root cause of incidents.
Successfully complete scheduled maintenance activities and resolve client requests.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Perform basic management tasks such as client billing and overtime calculation
as well as other role-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
