What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role, Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment, track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results, Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials, Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships

What You'll Do.
Oversee a team of Sales Advisors
Drive commercial success and contribute to company growth
Support in driving the commercial success of the store and drive store performance
Identify key opportunities to enhance performance in line with current trends
Support the store leadership team in the implementation of strategic plans
Analyse data and key performance indicators
Lead and inspire your store team
Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support in driving the team's personal development and progression
Train coach and upskill the sales team
Oversee daily operations
and adherence to company policies and procedures
Use business communication tools to drive completion of tasks
Support the store manager to drive performance in line with retail priorities
Monitor and achieve store-level KPIs
Ensure wage controls are met
Resolve wage control issues quickly and effectively
Control stock movement
Run accurate store audits
Implement visual standards to company guidelines

Whether it's prepping for floor walks with some of the UK's biggest luxury brands, working with our head office teams to manage your store's stock package, or running training sessions to increase your team's product knowledge, with Frasers Group, no two days are ever the same. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee a team of Sales Advisors within your store, driving commercial success and contributing to company growth.
