What You'll Achieve.
Ensure compliant use of systems to assist passengers; Ensure the overall on time performance of the operation; Ensure a safe and efficient operation; Ensure prescribed customer service levels are met; Deliver a service consistent with Contract SLA’S

4 on 4 off shift pattern, 40 hours per week, Must pass a DBS check, Must be able to provide 5 years reference information
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Right to work in the UK, Pass a DBS check, Provide 5 years reference information, Full UK driving license
Nice to Have
Previous experience of primarily working in a similar role
What You'll Do.
Supervise daily activities
Implement and maintain effective planning
Manage all operational staff
Completion of delay reports
Note take alongside Operations Managers
Responsible for training and development
Assist Operations Managers in maintaining staff discipline
Liaise with Airline on Duty Staff
Liaise with fellow Supervisors
Communicate with the Controllers
Ensure staff are using systems appropriately
Ensure staff undertake full equipment checks
Monitor the ramp team activities
Investigate and report any incidents
Monitor staff/team sickness and absence
Challenge and investigate poor performance
Ensure company uniform policy adhered
Conduct performance meetings
Ensure necessary updates passed on
Keep Operations Manager updated
Take appropriate action if standards not met
Monitor all additional revenue opportunities
Coach staff where required
Support resolution of customer complaints
Carry out any reasonable task
Cover holidays for key operational roles
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working with the Control Team; Working in conjunction with other departments; Liaise with Airline on Duty Staff; Liaise with other regulatory bodies; Liaise with your fellow Supervisors; Communicate with the Controllers; Pass on updates to colleagues; Keep Operations Manager updated; Conduct performance meetings in association with Operations Managers; Support the resolution of customer complaints
