What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Board-certified psychiatrist (MD or DO), Active license in California, Active license in New York (NY), Active license in Texas (TX), Active license in Washington (WA), Active license in Georgia (GA), Active license in North Carolina (NC), Active license in DMV Region (Washington D. C. , Maryland, or Virginia), Active, unrestricted federal DEA registration
Nice to Have
Eligibility for, or currently participating in, the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC), Additional state licensure or willingness to obtain additional state licenses, Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and virtual care delivery
What You'll Do.
Supervise and mentor 10-12 APPs
Review documentation and treatment plans
Guide APPs on billing practices
Support APPs in managing clinical crises
Provide second opinion consultations
Prescribe medications responsibly
Conduct follow-up assessments
Design and improve tools
Implement treatment guidelines and protocols
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work alongside therapists, care coordinators, and other clinicians; Contribute to case reviews; Contribute to clinical discussions; Contribute to organizational planning; Partner with clinical leadership
