deep, hands-on experience across the full post production ecosystem, understand codecs, colour spaces, file formats, colour pipelines, storage systems, and delivery specifications, built and managed large-scale asset systems before, edit competently across platforms and formats, worked with third-party post production vendors, methodical about data and asset management, forward-thinking about emerging technology, particularly AI, experience actually implementing new workflows, self-motivated and thrive working autonomously, communicate clearly, looks at a broken process and immediately starts thinking about how to fix it
