What You'll Do.
Supervise AOD Counseling/Peer Navigator staff
Evaluate staff performance
Provide coaching and training
Track contractor staff performance
Implement corrective measures
Monitor counseling staff progress
Supervise orientation and intake processes
Approve and monitor SUD relapse prevention/CBI action plans
and monitoring of ARMS documentation
Ensure compliance with agreement
Provide training to AOD Counseling staff
Coordinate and supervise OMCP Mentors
Provide support and resources to OMCP Mentors
Ensure OMCP Mentors complete work-experience
Provide verification of internship hours
Verify and record OMCP Mentor's monthly internship hours
Work collaboratively with CDCR/CCHCS headquarters
Work collaboratively with local institutions
Work collaboratively with CDCR-contracted staff
