Must Have
Current Manual C Class driver’s licence, National Police Clearance, WA Electrical Licence, High Voltage switching experience, Underground & Surface Electrical Mining experience, Experience with Pronto or similar CMMS, Shutdown planning experience, Asset management experience, In-house Electrical Nominee qualification, Solid understanding of relevant legislation and standards, Proven leadership capability, Ability to manage budgets, Ability to manage costs, Ability to manage forecasts, Problem-solving skills, Excellent communication skills, Excellent influencing skills

You are responsible for supporting the site electrical teams ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical equipment and systems, including lighting, ventilation, power distribution, and control systems. * Lead electrical maintenance across underground and surface operations, prioritising safety, reliability, and performance. * Ensure compliance with all statutory, corporate, and site electrical standards and legislation. * Oversee OHSE performance, reporting, systems implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Provide technical electrical leadership and support to underground mining and processing teams. * Manage contractor performance, electrical projects, and 11kV distribution installations. * Drive equipment reliability through fault analysis, performance improvement, and risk management plans. * Contribute to budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and optimisation of electrical asset management. * Maintain and improve CMMS (Pronto) data, asset registers, schedules, and invento
