Must Have
Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence, Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role effectively leading and managing a fixed plant maintenance team, Relevant Trade Qualification, Shut down planning and managing experience, Sound working knowledge of processing plants – crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, and reagent and associated infrastructure, Comprehensive understanding of maintenance practices and procedures, Experience in submitting Capital Expenditure Requests (CER’s), Proficient Microsoft office skills, Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, Solid communication skills, with the ability to build strong, collaborative, and successful working relationships with your team, Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment, Medical and drug and alcohol screening, Relevant right to work checks, Able to provide a valid Australian national police clearance and an Australian driver’s licence (or be able to obtain)
Nice to Have
Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto
