10 years of experience in electrical engineering or maintenance, Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Trade Certification, Demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory or superintendent role, Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent

About the role: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role supports cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and external stakeholders, and provides leadership to ensure electrical work is executed safely and by qualified personnel. The role is accountable for managing electrical risk, ensuring compliance with the Electrical Engineering Control Plan, and driving reliability and performance of electrical systems across the site. To be successful, we are looking for someone who is collaborative and results-oriented professional with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
