We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead complex, large-scale construction projects, including Department of Defense and federal work. You’ll serve as the on-site leader responsible for planning, sequencing, and overseeing day-to-day field operations on projects valued at $40M+. Your leadership will drive safety, quality, schedule performance, and strong relationships with federal partners, design teams, trade contractors, and our internal project teams. What You’ll Do Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Supervise, train, and mentor field staff, craft labor, and subcontractors Set clear expectations around safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism Ensure work is executed in compliance with contract requirements, federal regulations, and project standards Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and design teams Manage CPM schedules, pull plans, and detailed look-ahead schedules Coordinate inspections, testing, reporting, and documentation required for federal projects Maintain site security, access controls, and compliance with DoD project protocols Monitor labor, material usage, and field productivity to support project financial goals Proactively identify risks and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or quality Why You’ll Be Successful You bring strong field leadership, sound judgment, and deep experience managing complex commercial and federal construction projects.
