What You'll Do.
Manage in field construction activities
Oversee construction projects
Coordinate with internal departments
Supervise trade foremen
Supervise administrative staff
Supervise contractors
Supervise sub-contractors
Maintain accurate project files
Maintain project logs
Maintain project records
Update project tracking tools
Review project requests
Enforce special procedures
Provide weekly work schedule
Provide daily in-field construction activity report
Report field progress
Report labor by trade
Report material deliveries
Report safety observations
Escalate safety concerns
Communicate schedule impacts
Communicate cost impacts
Communicate scope impacts
Develop assigned capital projects
Utilize approval process
Review design documents
Compile list of comments
Review existing facility status
Evaluate potential issues
Prepare documentation for site access
Prepare documentation for lay down
Prepare documentation for logistics
Assist in execution of construction management processes
Support Project Manager
Coordinate inspections
Coordinate related approvals
Expedite related approvals
Track inspection outcomes
Ensure follow-up actions completed
Manage overall punch list
Manage close out process
Review final submittals
Ensure outstanding items resolved
Ensure efficiency between internal trades
Ensure efficiency between external vendors
Ensure optimal sequencing between internal trades
