Must Have
Knowledge of construction codes, Installation best practices for MEP trades, Proven track record of successful projects, Similar project experience in Semiconductor, Experience with construction management software, 1 – 3 years experience

Experience with semiconductor or related construction industries
What You'll Do.
Maintain open communication with stakeholders
Manage construction work schedules
Track contractor status
Oversee day-to-day field operations
Ensure contractor procedural conformance
Ensure code/regulation adherence
Coordinate construction support resources
Conduct SOR quantity surveys
Verify material quantities
Track prefab installation schedules
Oversee contractor drawing submissions
Take ownership of problems
Escalate problems to parties
Coordinate 3rd-party inspections
Engage with contractor safety representatives
Verify barricade usage
Verify SRAs reflect hazards
Ensure hazards are documented
Ensure hazards are mitigated
Ensure Restricted Work Access Permits are approved
Discuss daily tool activities
Attend Facility Services meetings
Coordinate utility activation services
Coordinate utility isolation services
Investigate unsafe conditions
Stop work when unsafe
Ensure Safety Level documentation is executed
Ensure work areas meet 6S standards
Enforce quality expectations
Oversee punch list item documentation
Oversee punch list item correction
Oversee punch list item closure
Document quality check sheets
Report quality deviations
Maintain coordination between SAS
Maintain coordination with QAR
