As a Superintendent, you are the nucleus of project success - responsible for orchestrating all field and site‑specific construction activities with precision, accountability, and leadership. You ensure projects are safe, clean, organized, and delivered with high morale and strong engagement in safety management. Key Responsibilities * Steward safety and the well‑being of all personnel, conduct inspections, and immediately address risks. * Lead and manage all site activities, including the Chandos' Production System, project design, budget, schedule, performance, subtrades, and profitability. * Provide direction, mentorship, and oversight to other Assistant Superintendents and field staff, fostering collaboration and accountability. * Plan and schedule work, hold milestones, and allocate manpower and materials to meet project goals. * Remove roadblocks, manage risk, and oversee project setup, execution, and close‑out. * Ensure conformity with drawings, specifications, and quality standards, while driving workmanship excellence. * Monitor project budgets and forecasts at the phase‑code and cost‑type level to identify gains and mitigate losses. * Oversee third‑party monitor
