The Summer Facilities Support Worker will assist with a variety of tasks to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of the property. This temporary position combines duties in maintenance, groundskeeping, custodial services, compost management, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and willing to take on a wide range of tasks while working under the guidance of the Facilities Manager or designated supervisor. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** ## Maintenance: * Filter Changes: Perform routine air filter changes for HVAC systems to maintain air quality and system efficiency. * General Maintenance: Assist with light carpentry, electrical, and mechanical repairs as needed, ensuring that buildings and equipment are in good working condition. * Plumbing: Help with basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and addressing minor plumbing issues. * Inventory Control: Assist in tracking and managing the inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.
