Must Have
18 years of age or older, Eligible to work in Canada, Available for full-time contract, Available for two-week rotating shifts, Available to work overtime and Saturdays
Nice to Have
Previous experience in general labour, Previous experience in construction, Previous experience in manufacturing, Experience using hand tools, Experience using power tools
What You'll Do.
Support daily production operations
Support manufacturing operations
Prepare materials for production
Operate pneumatic tools
Operate welding equipment
Operate automated machinery
Inspect finished products
Report quality concerns
Prepare products for shipment
Participate in 5S initiatives
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute ideas to improve safety
Contribute ideas to improve quality
Contribute ideas to improve efficiency
Support production goals
Support team performance targets
Follow leadership direction
Verify quality through measurement
