In this role you will: * Review current product Mechanism design in the Market, and understand each product parameter. * Extensive prototyping based on parameters to validate the output, mechanical and electrical prototype. * Use of measurement and testing equipment, to support output, includes force measurement & drop test testing, etc. * Organize user testing and qualification. * Summary and report the findings from the study. * At the end of the internship, the potential candidate will have to deliver: * Summary parameters of analysis and output of user test * A fully functional prototype to demonstrate parameters **Key Qualifications:** For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: * The potential candidate should be graduate level with an Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering degree; A candidate finishing the 3rd year on a degree course could be considered * Strong interest in car racing (Simulation racing is fine) * Basic understanding of motor, motor control, position/angular sensing, load cell * English communication skills - both written and verbal In addition,**preferable** skills and behaviors include: * Aspiring ERacing Enthusiast (ACC, GT7… etc) * Pro-E Cero skill * Knowledge of prototyping, material, and tool
