The Summer Internship program at Hyde Park Developments provides an excellent opportunity for students seeking hands-on experience in the real estate industry. The internship is designed to develop practical skills, enhance industry knowledge, and contribute to ongoing projects. **Key responsibilities:** * Assist various departments, including Human Resources, Architectural & Design, Construction, Community Management, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance, in their daily tasks and ongoing projects. * Support project-related activities and research. * Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for projects and process improvements. * Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation. * Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Law, Legal Studies, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field. * Junior or Senior student (3rd or 4th year) or fresh graduate. * Strong interest in the real estate sector. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. * Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
