gather and analyze operational and financing data across franchise locations, translating findings into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations; Develop accurate dashboards, scorecards, models, or reporting tools that improve visibility into financing performance, trends, and operational opportunities; Identifies scalable best practices and contributes meaningful recommendations, playbooks, or process improvements that leadership can implement across the franchise network; improve workflows, streamline analysis, and support strategic decision-making

Copilot) can streamline analysis

Time in role will include both in-office experience as well as strategic partnership with local franchise business owners – gaining direct access and exposure to how business operations are run. Key area of focus will be on consumer financing, a critical but underutilized growth lever in home services; your mission is to identify what's working, what's broken, and where we can build scalable best practices.
