What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in business, facilities management, or related field, communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and client relationship management, Detail-oriented with ability to track multiple work orders and coordinate schedules, Interest in facilities management and commercial real estate operations, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn facility management software systems, Permanent US work authorization required
What You'll Do.
Provide management services for subcontracted suppliers
Ensure services delivered with agreement terms
Assist with receiving and dispatching work requests
Assist with coordination and scheduling of maintenance
Manage and coordinate work with 3rd party vendors
Track work order completion
Follow up with vendors and clients
Review subcontractor invoices
Ensure site management practices follow company standards
Communicate and escalate with appropriate parties
support and lead meetings with service providers
