What You'll Do.

support real business workflows within Kontoor’s sourcing

translate real‑world sourcing and compliance needs into practical Copilot agents
Assist in designing and configuring Microsoft 365 Copilot agents to support sourcing
and operational workflows
Build agent logic to retrieve
and act on information from approved Microsoft 365 data sources
Support agent testing
and user feedback cycles
Work with internal stakeholders to understand existing workflows and pain points
Translate business requirements into clearly defined Copilot agent use cases and functional specifications
Help ensure agents are scoped appropriately
with clear guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls
Support simple workflow automation using Power Automate in conjunction with Copilot agents
Identify repetitive or manual steps within sourcing and compliance processes that are suitable for agent-based assistance
Create clear documentation for each Copilot agent
Develop simple user guides or walkthroughs
Document lessons learned
Follow Kontoor’s AI usage policies and data governance requirements
Assist in identifying potential data sensitivity
or security considerations
Ensure outputs are reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness

In this role, you will focus on the design, configuration, testing, and documentation of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents that support real business workflows within Kontoor’s sourcing, compliance, and operations environment. Unlike a research‑only role, this internship is delivery‑focused. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate real‑world sourcing and compliance needs into practical Copilot agents, leveraging Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
