Eligibility Requirements

Must be 16 years old or older, Candidates must be available to teach during weekday after-school hours (as early as 4pm) and/or on weekends, This position requires a minimum initial commitment of about 3 hours per week for each assigned class, Candidates must be located in Bellevue or the greater area and must be able to commute to our campus, you must be legally authorized to work in the US, We are unable to offer sponsorship, including STEM-OPT and H-1B

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Must be 16 years old or older, Possess math and language arts skills with the ability to help students navigate advanced concepts, Exceptional written and spoken communication, Positive and encouraging attitude that helps students feel comfortable asking questions, Detail-oriented and organized, Candidates must be available to teach during weekday after-school hours (as early as 4pm) and/or on weekends, This position requires a minimum initial commitment of about 3 hours per week for each assigned class, Candidates must be located in Bellevue or the greater area and must be able to commute to our campus, you must be legally authorized to work in the US, We are unable to offer sponsorship, including STEM-OPT and H-1B

Nice to Have

Experience with/interest in working with younger students strongly preferred, Familiarity with the AoPS curriculum is not required, but a plus

What You'll Do.

Assist instructors with company-created curriculum and materials

helping advanced students grasp complex concepts.

Work one-on-one with students during class activities and provide additional help when needed.

Help maintain an organized learning environment and assist in managing up to 16 students.

Assist with grading and providing constructive feedback on student work.

Connect with students and staff members to encourage their learning journey and academic growth.

Help create an environment that promotes critical thinking and academic curiosity.
