Must Have
experience managing and coaching a team of 4+ teachers and fostering a positive team environment, track record of building relationships with families in a camp or educational setting, more than 5 years of experience teaching 3-12-year-old children in any subject or discipline, preferably with a focus on STEM, demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adopt new technology and skills
