What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience working with children ages 3–12, Experience in teaching, Camp leadership experience, Proven team leadership, Managed or mentored at least four people, Family engagement skills, Operational steadiness, Growth mindset, Effectiveness with children, Professionalism with adults, Reliability under pressure
Nice to Have
STEM background, Teaching license, STEM degree

Lead a team of 6–12 counselors
Provide daily coaching
Facilitate morning huddles
Offer meaningful feedback
Support counselor growth
Serve as primary contact for families
Communicate weekly with families
Oversee site operations
Manage daily schedules
Manage safety protocols
Manage incident reporting
Step in to teach as needed
