What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience working with kids ages 4 to 15, Ability to balance multiple tasks, Ability to complete all pre-camp tasks, Availability to work 4-6 hours shifts daily, Monday - Friday, Available to work a minimum of 4 continuous weeks, Must be at least 18 years of age by May 1st, 2026
Nice to Have
Bilingual in English and Spanish

Engage in camp activities

Supervise campers for safety
Lead groups during activities
Prepare materials for activities
Prioritize camper safety
Cultivate connections with campers
Welcome campers and families
Support check-in/check-out processes
Interact with camper guardians
Complete paid training
Attend in-person training days
