What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Supervising groups of 10+ children, 1 year experience working in summer camp, school, childcare, tutoring, coaching kids, after-school programs, or related fields, Ability to complete all pre-camp tasks, Availability to work 8-hour shifts daily, Monday - Friday, Available to work a minimum of 4 continuous weeks, At least 18 years of age by May 1st, 2026
Nice to Have
College coursework in Education or Child Development, Bilingual in English and Spanish, Commit to working for the full duration of camp
What You'll Do.
Supervise groups of 15+ campers weekly

Foster group connection through team activities

Manage camper behavior through restorative practices
Provide individual support based on campers' diverse needs
Collaborate with instructors to deliver curriculum
Support instructors by preparing materials
Ensure learning spaces are ready for each activity
Support and participate in extended care programming
Collaborate with teammates to plan activities
Collaborate with teammates to set up activities
Collaborate with teammates to run daily activities
Lead campers during ceremonies
Lead campers during activities
