## Job Responsibilities * Plan and organize training programs and workshops. * Develop curriculum and learning materials for various courses. * Facilitate training sessions and deliver engaging presentations. * Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. * Provide guidance and support to participants during training. * Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content. * Maintain training records and participant feedback. ## Critical Skills & Experience Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field. * Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery. * Strong presentation and communication skills. * Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences. * Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Knowledge of training evaluation methods.
